This data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and therefore does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and to be able to check it from a security point of view. Contact information
On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of processing the contact. Posting Job Listings / Online Job Applications
Your application data will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of handling the application process. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, your submitted data may be stored by us in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal regulations.
If your job application is rejected, the data you have submitted will be deleted automatically two months after notification of the rejection. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (e.g. the burden of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our database of interested parties. (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a): Consent; Retention period: if no future contractual relationship exists: 2 months)
Information, revocation, deletion
Under the GDPR, you can contact us free of charge if you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data and the correction, blocking, deletion or revocation of your consent. We would like to point out that you have the right to have incorrect data corrected or personal data deleted if this claim does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data.
