You are invited to participate in Jobfidence®. Congratulations, because Jobfidence® meets all the requirements of DIN 33430 (“job related proficiency assessment”). Your benefit: Maximum objectivity and in-depth personal advice.
What is Jobfidence®?
Jobfidence® is a potential analysis and measures six parameters that are decisive for professional success. This has been scientifically proven. The measurement results allow a clear identification of strengths and development potential.
What do I get out of it?
You gain confidence for your upcoming career decision. You receive valuable advice for your personal development. Your employer can support you in a targeted manner.
What is the procedure?
First, you will work on various tasks on the computer for about 90 minutes. You will then receive a general explanation of the procedure, your measurement results and personal feedback on them.
How can I prepare myself?
A specific preparation is neither necessary nor really possible. What is important is that you are well-rested and fit. If necessary, have your glasses at hand.
