Even during the design phase, the development of the process was closely monitored by various leading department heads and professors (J. Brengelmann, W. Witte, W. Metzger, and G. Lienert). Subsequently, the triad consisting of external clients, HR experts from our corporate licensing partners, and the partner network of aptitude assessment experts proved to be particularly valuable for continuous quality assurance.
Scientific quality criteria
The measurement method is scientifically reviewed and further developed in regular revisions. The current 24th version of the measurement procedure dates from 2024 and was calibrated and tested on a sample of 10,221 candidates. The scientific quality criteria (objectivity, reliability and validity) of Jobfidence® are all in the top range.
Legal certainty
With Jobfidence® you are on the safe side. The procedure is legally sound and respects the personal rights of the participants (only characteristics that science has shown to be decisive for professional success are recorded; no questions about privacy; compliance with the GDPR).
